However, it requires the item to be modifiable, meaning it cannot have been transmuted before. Items created this way are considered "crafted," and players can only equip one such item at a time. Crafting mythic jewelry involves combining runes and refined sparks to produce a mythic item that fits the player's class. Unlike the Horadric Cube method, this approach does not allow players to choose the specific item they receive, only the slot it will occupy. Mythics made this way are not considered crafted, so players can wear multiple mythic jewelry items without restriction. The blacksmith's mythic cache, found at the forge, generates a unique or legendary mythic item tailored to the player's class. Like the jewelry method, these mythics are not considered crafted, so they don’t count toward the one-crafted-item limit. This method is ideal for using leftover sparks after crafting a primary mythic item with the Horadric Cube. Players should use the Horadric Cube for their most important mythic item, as it is the only method that counts toward the one-crafted-item rule. The other methods allow players to fill other slots without conflict. Mythic items can also be obtained directly from loot, such as through the Echo of Mephisto, which guarantees a mythic item since patch 3.2.1. Additionally, new mythic charms introduced in Season 15 cannot be crafted and have a low chance of appearing in mythic form.
