The structure of the site, its interface, its visual identity, its own editorial texts and its source code are protected by intellectual property law and remain the property of the publisher.
Newtrly aggregates news articles published by third parties and produces, through automated processing, neutral-language rewrites and summaries at several reading levels. Rights in the original articles belong to their respective publishers. Every piece of content published on Newtrly names its sources and links back to the original articles.
Any reproduction, extraction, systematic reuse or representation of all or part of the site, by any means whatsoever, without the publisher's prior written authorisation, is prohibited.
Reporting and removal of content
Any news publisher, author or rights holder who considers that content published on Newtrly infringes their rights, and any person who considers content to be unlawful or inaccurate, may request its correction or removal by writing to contact@newtrly.com.
To allow prompt handling, the request should state:
- the exact URL of the content concerned on newtrly.com;
- the URL of the original article, where applicable;
- the grounds for the request;
- the identity and contact details of the requester, and the capacity in which they are acting.
The publisher undertakes to examine any admissible request as soon as possible and to remove without delay any manifestly unlawful content reported to it.
