The third program, Office with artificial intelligence with Formaltic, focuses on generative AI applied to office work through tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Claude. It teaches how to automate repetitive tasks on spreadsheets, produce summary tables and charts from raw data, and verify AI results on numerical data. It also covers good practices for using external AI tools under GDPR, a regulation that protects personal data in the European Union. The training lasts two days and is available online, in a center, or in the company, targeting employed staff, job seekers, and companies, with a price of 1,500 euros, and is not eligible for CPF funding. The fourth program, AI, Copilot, and Agent Mode in Excel with SYNAUXIS, is an online training that covers the management of financial analyses with Copilot and the Agent Mode of Excel Labs. It includes data preparation, construction of financial models in natural language, creation of charts with Python, and automation of repetitive tasks with VBA through macros generated by Copilot from a prompt. The program lasts 8.5 hours and targets employed staff and companies, with a price of 850 euros, and is not eligible for CPF funding. The fifth program, Copilot and Notion AI: boost your office productivity with AI with the European Digital Academy, is a course dedicated to AI applied to office work, combining live sessions and e-learning. It teaches the use of Microsoft Copilot for Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as Notion AI for information organization and the automation of note-taking. It also covers other tools such as Make and Zapier for the automation of repetitive tasks. The training ends with a personalized project adapted to the participant's profession. It lasts 197 hours and is available online, targeting employed staff and companies, with a price of 4,920 euros, and is eligible for CPF funding.
