Aventuriales 2026 in Ménétrol will bring together a range of voices in the world of imagination, with Ian McDonald as guest of honor and Morgan of Glencoe and Pierre Grimbert as godparents. The festival will feature a diverse program that brings together science fiction, fantasy, romance, and alternate history, with authors known for their unique storytelling. The International Geography Festival 2026 will run from 2 to 4 October 2026 in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, with the theme "landscape." Bulgaria and Romania will be countries of honor, with a program that includes conferences, literature, cinema, exhibitions, cartography, and gastronomy. The 44th book fair in Brive, from 6 to 8 November 2026, will be a highlight of the literary season, offering a unique overview of the latest editorial news. The 3rd Book Fair "After school" will take place on 28 September 2026 in the Vaugirard library, organized by the City Hall of the 15th arrondissement of Paris and the association Poésie et Chanson Sorbonne. Le Livre sur les quais 2026, under the presidency of Delphine de Vigan, will transform Morges into a literary experience with events such as retro postal cars, silent reading on the Léman, and battles of classic literature.
