Qualifying rounds start in Paris

The qualifying rounds of the Rolex Paris Masters 2026 began on Saturday, October 31 at the Plenitude Arena and will conclude on Sunday, November 1. This event serves as a gateway for players to earn a spot in the main tournament, which takes place later in the week.

Prize money for qualifiers

The total prize money allocated to the qualifying rounds reaches 185,150 euros this year. This amount is distributed among players who compete in the two rounds, with specific sums given to those who lose in each stage.

Rewards for losing in first round

Losers of the first round (14 players) receive 6,765 euros, while losers of the second round (7 players) receive 12,920 euros. These amounts provide some financial compensation for players who do not advance further in the qualifying process.

Entry into main draw guarantees prize

Players who pass both qualifying rounds will enter the main draw, where they are guaranteed a minimum of 25,220 euros, even if they lose their first match. This ensures that all participants in the main draw receive some prize money regardless of their performance.

Winning first round increases prize

A win in the first round of the main draw would raise this prize to 45,520 euros. This increase reflects the higher stakes and greater competition in the main tournament compared to the qualifying rounds.

Champion receives large prize

The champion of the Paris Masters 1000 will pocket 974,370 euros on Sunday, November 8. This prize highlights the significance of the tournament and the high level of competition among the world's top tennis players.
