The Electrolux Pure D8 PD82-4ST vacuum cleaner is currently available for 169.00 € at Rakuten, which is about 26% less than its usual price. This discount is calculated by comparing the current day's lowest price with the average of the lowest prices offered by all retailers for the same product last month. Special rules are in place to ensure that prices from stores with unclear VAT (value-added tax) policies are excluded from the calculation. This method helps provide a fair and accurate discount percentage for consumers. The Pure D8 PD82-4ST is part of Electrolux's Pure D8 line of bagged vacuum cleaners, designed to meet specific standards, particularly for noise reduction. This model is praised for its low noise level, strong suction power, and a Smart automatic mode that adjusts suction power based on the floor type. It also offers multiple suction levels, making it versatile for different cleaning needs. However, the vacuum has a few drawbacks, such as the relatively high cost of replacement bags and a tendency to push debris ahead on hard floors rather than picking it up. Despite these minor issues, the Pure D8 PD82-4ST is considered an excellent bagged vacuum cleaner. Its suction performance is strong, the Smart mode is convenient for users, and the noise level is manageable. The only real criticism is the expense of the bags, which could be a concern for regular users. Otherwise, the model has few weaknesses and is seen as a successful product in its category. For those looking for an alternative, the Philips 3000 series XD3112/09 offers good suction performance on various surfaces and is comfortable to use. However, it lacks a special brush designed for hardwood floors, which could have been a useful feature for those who frequently clean hard surfaces. While the Philips model is practical, the Electrolux Pure D8 PD82-4ST remains a top choice for those prioritizing noise reduction and automatic features.
