Nicola King recently discovered voicemails left by her husband Jimmy for his ex, Sadie, which she believes confirm an affair. Sadie had returned to the village after 20 years and claimed she and Jimmy had been in a relationship for three years, presenting photographic evidence. However, it later emerged that these images were created using artificial intelligence, which can generate realistic-looking pictures from text prompts. Nicola was initially skeptical of Sadie’s claims but eventually accepted the affair. However, inconsistencies in Sadie’s story began to surface. In a recent episode, Nicola listened to newly discovered voicemails from Jimmy, which she found emotionally difficult to hear in full. She missed a part where Jimmy expressed his love for her, which contradicted Sadie’s claims of an ongoing relationship. In another storyline, Vinny Dingle took legal action against his ex-boyfriend Lewis Barton after discovering that Lewis had been dishonest about his actions. Lewis had difficulty accepting what his boyfriend had done and the fact that he had lied about it, leading to their breakup. Vinny was deeply affected by the split, and his mother, Mandy, provided emotional support during this difficult time. Meanwhile, Sadie and Robert Sugden were working together to find Jimmy’s missing cash, but their search faced obstacles. Nicola’s reaction to the voicemails and whether she will uncover the truth about Sadie’s deceptions remain uncertain. The situation continues to unfold with tension and unanswered questions. Elsewhere, Kim Tate was shocked to learn that her son Joe had banned anyone from seeing their baby, whom he intended to put up for adoption. In another development, Gabby Thomas visited her doctor, who diagnosed her with bronchitis and prescribed antibiotics. However, Gabby was hesitant to take the medication due to her commitment to a "clean eating" lifestyle, which emphasizes natural, unprocessed foods. These dramatic scenes will air on Emmerdale on Monday, September 28, at 8pm on ITV1, or viewers can stream the episode from 7am on ITVX or YouTube.
