The Razer USB 4 Dock Black is currently available at Grosbill for 159.99 euros, which is a 30% discount from its usual price. This promotional price is determined by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices offered by other retailers for the same product over the past month. To ensure fairness, certain stores with unclear tax policies are excluded from the calculation. This dock is designed to expand the connectivity options of computers that have a USB4 port, offering features like HDMI, DisplayPort, a UHS-II card reader, full-size USB ports, and a headphone/microphone jack. The Razer USB 4 Dock Black is praised for its high-quality build and consistent performance, delivering the data transfer speeds and compatibility it promises. The only minor criticism is the bulky charger, which is easily hidden under a desk once set up. Another model, the Razer USB-C Dock, is also highlighted as a highly connected hub that can meet the needs of most users. It receives similar praise for its build quality and performance, though it lacks some of the more advanced features found in the USB 4 version. Despite its strong points, some suggest that Razer could have improved the Razer USB 4 Dock Black by upgrading the card reader to UHS-II and adding a Multi-Gig Ethernet port for better connectivity options. These enhancements would further elevate the dock’s appeal, particularly for users who require high-speed data transfer and reliable network connections. Overall, the Razer USB 4 Dock Black remains a solid choice for those looking to expand their computer’s connectivity with a reliable and well-designed docking station.
