The locations of CRTV signals in Silent Hill Townfall and a guide to unlocking the "Perfect Reception" trophy have been detailed. To earn the trophy, players must capture all CRTV signals, which include eight signals to decode. Only signals with images seem to count toward obtaining the trophy, and it is not necessary to scan all signals from enemies. Players can hear a crackling sound when a new signal is captured by the CRTV, and then calibrate it. The classic signals only require a simple validation when the moving cursor touches the signal on screen. However, for radios, players will need to decode the signal by playing a mini-game learned during Part 1 at the pharmacy. The CRTV signals are not all hidden, but can be missed. Some are necessary for the story, others help with puzzles, while some add lore. The signals are exclusive to Simon and only he can decode them. It is not useful to look for them when playing as other characters. This makes it important for players to switch to Simon's perspective when searching for these signals. The list of all CRTV signals and their locations includes: 1 - Pharmacy, St Amélia: Found on the desk when retrieving an essential item for the puzzle of the Dispensary scales during Part 1 Arrival. 2 - On the way to the Medical Center: Located on the second floor of the Station Road building during Part 2 Zoe, after visiting the gardens of Flemington Street. 3 - Different Medical Center: Found shortly after arriving at the Other World Medical Center during Part 3 The Patient, just after squeezing through a narrow passage. 4 - Clara Woods Supermarket: Located on the table in the center of the main room during Part 4 Clara Woods. 5 - Clara Woods, apartment 5 South Bray: Found in the living room next to the television when visiting house number 5 of South Bray during the search for items to open the CEG lockers. 6 - CEG HQ: Located on the desk in the security room behind the reception. 7 - CEG HQ (Other World): Found on a table near the puzzle of the pipes and the rotating central tower during Part 6 Simon. 8 - CEG HQ (Other World): Located on the table just after squeezing through the narrow passage leading to Joe's Room during the control room puzzle. The Perfect Reception trophy of Silent Hill Townfall should be unlocked here if all signals have been correctly decoded.
