The BPCE Group, one of France’s largest banking institutions, aims to support one in four French merchants by 2030 by combining banking knowledge, technology, and its commercial network. Grimaud previously co-founded Payplug, a payment platform that was acquired by Natixis, another French bank, in 2016. Léa Joussaume has taken over the general management of Allianz Direct France, a direct insurance company, following Fanny Limare-Wolf’s departure after three years of growth and consolidation. Under Joussaume’s leadership, Allianz Direct France now has over 700,000 contracts and offers three main insurance products. Maureen James has joined Alan, a health insurance and prevention services company, as Segment Owner Companies. She brings nine years of experience from Adyen, a global payment processing firm. Enguerrand Donat has joined Navan, a financial technology company, to lead commercial account management.
