A smartphone mount called the Quad Lock Out Front Mount is currently available on Amazon for 49.95 €, which is about 20% cheaper than its usual price. This mount is designed for cyclists who want to securely attach their phones to their bicycle handlebars. It works with smartphones that have a compatible Quad Lock case, which must be purchased separately. The mount is praised for its sturdy build and secure grip, allowing users to hold their phones firmly in either portrait or landscape orientation. One of the main advantages of the Quad Lock Out Front Mount is that it allows the smartphone to be positioned higher on the handlebar compared to mounts that attach directly to the stem. It is also noted for its ease of use, enabling one-handed operation in portrait mode. However, some users have mentioned that the buttons on the compatible cases can be too hard to press, and the mount requires users to choose between portrait or landscape mode during installation for optimal one-handed use. Another product in the Quad Lock line is the Quad Lock Handlebar/Stem Mount, which is described as compact and lightweight. It also works with the specific Quad Lock case and is especially suited for straight stems or handlebars. This mount provides good smartphone holding and is another option for cyclists looking for a secure and convenient way to use their phones while riding. The price reduction noted for the Quad Lock Out Front Mount was calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices offered by all merchants for the product last month. This calculation follows specific rules to ensure accuracy, including excluding prices from stores with unclear VAT policies, which are often associated with imports from China.
