A supplementary heater is a device used to provide extra warmth in specific areas of a home or office, especially when the main heating system isn't sufficient. The Dreo 316S is one such device, designed to offer targeted heating with a 1,500 W ceramic PTC heater. It is currently available for 59.99 euros on Amazon, making it an affordable option for those looking to enhance comfort without spending too much. The heater uses Hyperamics technology, which allows it to generate heat quickly and efficiently, ensuring that it starts warming a room almost immediately. The Dreo 316S features an adjustable thermostat that allows users to set the desired temperature with precision, down to the degree. It also offers three different modes: a powerful heating mode for quick warmth, an ECO mode for energy efficiency, and a ventilation-only function that circulates air without producing heat. The ECO mode is particularly useful for supplementary heaters, as it allows the device to automatically stop heating once the set temperature is reached, preventing unnecessary energy use. According to the manufacturer, this feature can lead to up to 40% energy savings. The heater also includes a timer that can be set for up to 12 hours, allowing users to schedule its operation and avoid leaving it running continuously. Its portable design makes it easy to move from one room to another, and it can be placed on a desk or piece of furniture without difficulty. The device is said to operate at a noise level of 37 dB, which is relatively quiet for a heater of this type. It also includes several safety features, such as the Shield360° system, which offers eight levels of protection, including overheating prevention and anti-tip safety. If the heater is not placed on a stable surface, it automatically turns off to prevent accidents. The Dreo 316S has a control panel built directly into the unit, allowing users to access and adjust its settings easily. It is also compatible with Amazon's Echo Dot, enabling voice control for added convenience. With its sleek black and gold finish, the heater is designed to blend well with various interior styles, making it a practical and aesthetically pleasing addition to any space.
