At the Berlin fair, Ecovacs, a Chinese robotics company, has unveiled updated versions of its robot vacuum cleaners, bringing advanced features to more affordable models and adapting them for use in smaller living spaces. The highlight of the new lineup is the DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone, which showcases the brand’s latest technological advancements. This model features a powerful suction motor capable of generating 53 AW of airflow, a 60% increase from the previous generation. Paired with a larger brush system, it claims to remove 95.45% of microscopic dust, pet dander, and fine particles from carpets and rugs. The robot uses a 27 cm OZMO ROLLER 3.0, which is continuously rinsed with pressurized water to prevent spreading dirt. It also includes FocusJet technology that pre-mists dried stains to make cleaning easier. The DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone is equipped with AIVI 3D 4.0 navigation, which helps it map and clean spaces more efficiently. It also features a fast PowerBoost Charging Plus system, which can recharge the battery by 13% in just three minutes—particularly useful when the robot is cleaning in its charging station. The station itself includes the PureCyclone 2.0 system, which automatically empties the dust bin without the need for disposable bags, saving up to 25 bags over five years. It also heats the dirty water tank to eliminate odors and provides hot air drying, along with automatic cleaning of the internal components. To make high-end features more accessible, Ecovacs has introduced the DEEBOT T90 MAX family, available in two models: T90 MAX OMNI and T90 MAX PRO OMNI. These models offer the same OZMO ROLLER 3.0 technology as the flagship models, starting at 499 €. The TruEdge 3.0 system allows the robot to clean close to baseboards and under low furniture, while the all-in-one OMNI station automatically empties the dust bin, washes the roller, and dries it, all at competitive prices. For users in small or crowded spaces, Ecovacs has launched the DEEBOT mini 2, a compact robot with a diameter of just 28.6 cm, allowing it to navigate narrow spaces like between chairs and under tables. It offers a suction power of 10,000 Pa and includes the ZeroTangle 4.0 brush to prevent hair and pet fur from getting tangled. The OZMO TURBO 2.0 system uses two high-pressure mops that automatically lift on carpets, and the OMNI mini station, which only takes up 0.13 m² of space, handles dust emptying, mop washing, hot air drying, and even allows remote video monitoring of pets. The new DEEBOT range will be available in France starting in September 2026. The DEEBOT X12S OmniCyclone will be launched on September 9 at 1,299 €, with a 100 € discount until September 23. The T90 MAX PRO OMNI will be available at 599 € (with a 50 € discount), the T90 MAX OMNI at 499 € (with a 50 € discount), and the DEEBOT mini 2 at 399 €.
