The Dreame X60 Pro Ultra Complete is one of the most advanced robot vacuum cleaners available today. Designed for users who want a highly efficient, reliable, and feature-packed cleaning solution, it stands out with a powerful 42,000Pa suction system — one of the strongest in its class. The robot also features a retractable LiDAR turret, which helps it navigate under furniture and over thresholds with ease. It can clear as low as 3.5 inches (9cm) under furnishings and even climb over obstacles up to 3.9 inches (10cm) high, making it more versatile than many competitors. A common issue with robot vacuums is their ability to clean edges and corners thoroughly. The X60 Pro Ultra addresses this by extending its edge-cleaning mop up to seven inches (18cm) and using a front-mounted sweeper brush that can reach four inches (12cm) into corners. This makes it more effective at picking up dust and debris from hard-to-reach areas. The robot is also equipped with advanced navigation technology that maps out the home and avoids obstacles like furniture, cables, and small objects as small as 10mm in size. Priced at £1,299 in the UK, the X60 Pro Ultra Complete is available through retailers like Dreame, Amazon, and John Lewis & Partners. In Europe, it costs €1,499, with some discounts bringing the price down to €1,199. In the United States, Dreame offers a slightly different model, the X60 Max Ultra Complete, which has slightly less suction power (35,000Pa) and is available for around $1,600. The X60 Pro Ultra is not currently available in Australia, though a future model, the Cyber X, is expected to allow the robot to climb stairs, potentially expanding its reach in the coming years. The X60 Pro Ultra is part of the premium segment of robot vacuums, competing with models like the Roborock Saros 20 and Ecovacs Deebot X8 Pro Omni. For those who want similar features but at a lower cost, Dreame’s X40 Ultra is a more affordable alternative. The robot itself is relatively compact, measuring 13.77 x 3.5 inches (35 x 8.9cm), and it comes with a large cleaning dock and a variety of accessories, including extra mop pads, filters, and brushes, which are often sold separately on other models. Users have praised the X60 Pro Ultra for its reliability, ease of setup, and excellent mapping capabilities. The robot can accurately identify and name different areas of the home, making it easy to customize cleaning schedules and zones. Its performance in both vacuuming and mopping has been particularly impressive, with the powerful suction and extendable mop arm handling both carpets and hard floors effectively. However, the robot's advanced features may be overwhelming for some users, especially those less familiar with technology. Overall, it's ideal for pet owners, those with low furniture, and high thresholds, but less suited for homes with lots of small objects or for those who prefer a simpler, more straightforward robot vacuum.
