Quiz tests recognition of Club Dorothée shows

A quiz has been launched to test viewers' ability to recognize shows from the Club Dorothée era based on images alone. The quiz features 15 questions, each presenting an image from a different series or animated show that was popular during the Club Dorothée programming block.

Participants identify shows from visuals

Participants are asked to identify the program from the image without hearing the theme song. The quiz includes a mix of sitcoms and animated series, with some titles likely to be immediately recognizable and others potentially more challenging.

Popular shows featured in the quiz

Among the shows featured in the quiz are Hélène et les garçons, a sitcom starring Hélène Rollès as a university student, and Dragon Ball Z, an animated series continuing the adventures of Son Goku as an adult. Other shows include Premiers Baisers, a series about Justine, Hélène's younger sister, and Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque (also known as Saint Seiya), featuring knights linked to the zodiac signs and the goddess Athena.

More shows from the Club Dorothée block

The quiz also includes Le Miel et les Abeilles, an AB sitcom centered around Lola and her surroundings, and Nicky Larson, the French title of the animated adaptation of the manga City Hunter. Additionally, Les Filles d’à côté is highlighted as an AB sitcom following neighbors living in the same building, with a sequel titled Les Nouvelles Filles d’à côté.

Animated series from the quiz

La Croisière foll'amour is noted as the sequel to Salut les Musclés, with characters embarking on adventures aboard a ship.

International and diverse show selections

The quiz also includes Candy, a Japanese animated series adapted from the manga by Kyoko Mizuki and Yumiko Igarashi, and Goldorak, a series featuring a giant robot piloted by Actarus.
