Schuh, one of the UK's largest shoe retailers, offers a variety of discounts and promotions to its customers. These include 10-20 per cent off for students and keyworkers, such as healthcare and emergency service staff. Those not eligible for these discounts can join Schuh's free loyalty program, known as Schuh Club, where members earn one point for every £1 spent. These points can be redeemed for £5 vouchers, with 100 points needed for each voucher. Additionally, students may earn double points on their purchases, and the student discount can be increased to 20 per cent during busy periods like back-to-school season and Black Friday. Blue Light Card holders, including NHS and armed forces personnel, also receive a 10 per cent discount, with occasional increases to 20 per cent during special events like Black Friday. Schuh frequently runs sales where customers can save up to 70 per cent on a range of footwear, including trainers, boots, and formal shoes from well-known brands like Adidas, Birkenstock, and New Balance. The retailer also sells ex-display items, previously known as "Schuh Imperfects," which are discounted by as much as 90 per cent. These items, which may have minor imperfections, are clearly described on the product page with images showing any damage. Customers should note that these items cannot be returned in-store and must be returned by post if needed. In an effort to promote sustainability, Schuh runs a program called "Selling Your Soles," which gives customers £5 off a new pair of shoes when they recycle an old pair. The old shoes must be brought to a Schuh store, where they are inspected and a promo code is issued for £5 off any order over £25. Discount codes can be applied during checkout by entering them in the promo code box found under the order summary section. Schuh offers free delivery on orders of £70 or more. For orders under this amount, standard delivery costs £3.99, and next-day delivery is available for £4.99. These options give customers flexibility in choosing how quickly they want their purchases delivered.
