The IFA 2026 electronics fair in Berlin showcased a variety of futuristic products beyond the usual smartphones and televisions. Among the highlights were a ceiling light that adapts to your mood, an air-powered toothbrush, a fall detection sensor for elderly individuals, and an AI-powered silicone doll. These innovations reflect the growing trend of integrating smart technology into everyday life and personal care. Govee introduced its Sky Ceiling Light, a 53-centimeter ceiling light that mimics the sky. It can project up to 7,000 lumens to simulate a blue sky and adjust brightness based on the time of day. The light can also change colors to reflect different weather conditions or seasons and is connected to a chatbot that can adjust the color according to the user’s mood. The product is available for purchase on Govee's website for 399 euros. Ocjoy presented the Air-Streaming Oral Cleaner, an innovative electric toothbrush that doesn’t use a traditional brush. Instead, it uses compressed air containing small erythritol particles to clean teeth, remove plaque, and replace the need for dental floss and mouthwash. While no release date has been set, the estimated price is around 400 dollars. Eufy, a subsidiary of Anker, unveiled a fall detection sensor designed to help elderly users. The device uses millimeter waves (mmWave) to detect unusual movements or prolonged inactivity. It communicates with users through a voice system before sending alerts and allows for two-way communication with family members. A release date for the product has not yet been announced. Lovense, known for producing adult toys, introduced an updated version of its silicone doll. This AI-powered companion features an integrated chatbot, realistic facial expressions, and a more lifelike appearance, allowing for a more physical interaction with an AI partner. The product is currently on a waiting list, with an estimated price range of 4,000 to 8,000 euros.
