Philips has introduced a new addition to its Senseo capsule coffee machine line, the Senseo Vibe CSA225/01, a compact and space-saving model aimed at users with small kitchens or limited counter space. The machine is available in multiple colors, including blue, white, red, and black, and is made with 30% recycled plastics, reflecting a growing trend in eco-conscious product design. Measuring 29.6 cm in depth, 24.8 cm in height, and 15.1 cm in width, the device weighs just 2.10 kg, making it easy to move and store. The Senseo Vibe retains the double spout system, which allows users to brew one or two cups of coffee simultaneously. It also features Crema Plus technology, designed to create a fine, velvety foam layer on top of the coffee, enhancing the drink's texture and flavor. Users can customize their coffee by adjusting the intensity and length of the beverage using an intensity selector and a drink-length setting, catering to personal preferences. The coffee maker includes a direct start function that initiates the brewing process once the machine reaches the optimal temperature. After the coffee is extracted, the device automatically stops the flow and enters a standby mode to conserve energy. The Senseo Vibe operates with a power of 1,450 watts and a pump pressure of 1 bar, delivering hot coffee in under a minute after preheating for 20 seconds. It has a removable water reservoir with a 0.9-liter capacity—enough for seven small cups—and includes a visible water level indicator for convenience. To ensure long-term performance, the Senseo Vibe is equipped with a descaling light indicator and an automatic rinsing system. The machine has been tested on more than 10,000 cups to evaluate its durability and reliability over time. Additionally, functional spare parts are available from the manufacturer for up to 11 years, providing users with extended support and maintenance options.
