Liam Neeson was spotted holding hands with co-star Stella Stocker at the 2026 Toronto International Film Festival on Saturday. The Irish actor and Stocker, who are set to appear together in the upcoming action thriller The Mongoose, attended the Canadian festival’s premiere of Courteney Cox’s new film Evil Genius. In footage shared by People magazine, Stocker was seen gently stroking Neeson’s arm and clasping his hand, suggesting a warm and affectionate connection between the two. This sighting comes amid ongoing public interest in Neeson’s personal life. In December 2023, Neeson’s ex-partner, Pamela Anderson, confirmed that the pair had a brief romantic relationship after they co-starred in The Naked Gun (2025). Anderson, who is best known for her role in Baywatch, revealed in a People interview that she spent a weekend with Neeson at his home in upstate New York. She described the time as fun and genuine, though she clarified that their relationship ultimately ended and they are now close friends. Anderson also mentioned that she had previously been linked to Neeson during the promotion of The Naked Gun, when he jokingly referred to her as his "future wife." Neeson has been married twice. His first marriage was to actress Natasha Richardson, a star of Gothic, with whom he had two sons, Micheál and Daniel. Richardson tragically died in March 2009 from a head injury sustained during a skiing accident in Quebec. After her death, Neeson was reported to be dating business executive Freya St Johnston. The couple separated in 2012 after two years together, and St Johnston is said to be the only person Neeson has been seriously involved with since Richardson’s passing. In a 2024 interview with People magazine, Neeson said he was "past all that" when asked if he was currently in a relationship. Stella Stocker, Neeson’s co-star, is a British actress whose background includes growing up in Germany, France, and the Congo. She is fluent in both English and German and currently resides in London. Stocker has appeared in a variety of film and television projects, including the 2023 ITV series Archie, The Batman (2022), and Blithe Spirit (2020). The Independent has reached out to both Stocker and Neeson’s representatives for further comment on their recent public display of affection.
