GTA 6 Leaker Releases Gameplay Video

A GTA 6 leaker known as Cyberleek has released a final gameplay video, which allegedly reveals elements of the game's end, sparking concern among fans. The leaker has claimed that they no longer wish to risk releasing a 200 GB version of GTA 6 due to their cryptocurrency not reaching a $30 million market capitalization target.

Cyberleek Cryptocurrency Collapses

The Cyberleek cryptocurrency has collapsed, with a current market capitalization of $1.2 million, compared to a peak of $7.8 million on October 11. Cyberleek announced the end of the project in a message on their website, defending their actions against accusations of cryptocurrency fraud and stating that Take-Two had been "sufficiently punished."

Fans Avoid Spoilers on Social Media

Fans are taking measures to avoid spoilers on social media. Cyberleek's message suggests that the GTA 6 version they have access to will not be published because the $30 million target was not met. The leaker had previously claimed to be raising funds for a mysterious project, an assertion that many have disputed.

Leaker Warns of Risks and Criticizes Influencers

Cyberleek stated that uploading more than 200 GB of data anonymously is a significant risk, which is only worth it if it funds the secret project. The person behind the leaks also stated that their memecoin should be considered a "donation," rather than an "investment," and criticized "influencers" who claimed otherwise.

Cyberleek Announces End of Leaks

In a new message, Cyberleek announced the end of the project, saying, "The leaks stop here. For now." However, it is still possible that Cyberleek could release other gameplay sequences and continue their cryptocurrency system.

Previous Gameplay Clips Leaked

Earlier this week, several gameplay clips were leaked after previous market capitalization targets were met, including a sequence showing Lucia completely naked, and more recently, the alleged leak of a video titled Lucia close-up in 4K. Cyberleek had threatened to release another stolen gameplay video of GTA 6 every day if the memecoin's market capitalization targets were met, and launched new polls aimed at encouraging people to invest in his memecoin.

Analysis of Leaked Gameplay Content

Analysis of cryptocurrency transactions from late August revealed that the leaker had earned approximately $270,000. IGN reported on fan skepticism regarding the supposedly leaked gameplay video, which showed Jason and Lucia completely naked. This is because a previous stolen gameplay video showed the sudden appearance of a tank in the game, suggesting access to a sort of debug mode.

Suspicious Elements in Leaked Gameplay

On the famous videos of Jason and Lucia naked, it is also noticeable that NPCs do not react at all to the situation, suggesting that this effect was achieved via a development menu or cheat codes unavailable in the official version of the game. According to a popular theory, Cyberleak could have undressed Lucia and Jason because, in at least one mission of the game, the two characters will be naked—perhaps in a nudist camp.

Speculation About Gameplay Content

In any case, at the current state of affairs, all of this is pure speculation, and it is still unknown whether GTA 6 plans to show either of these protagonists naked at any point, at least officially. After an initial wave of massive leaks in August, Cyberleek disappeared from the radar.

Take-Two Investigates Leaker

Meanwhile, Take-Two, Rockstar's parent company, has issued subpoenas to Discord to find the person or group responsible (as it is still unknown whether it is a single person or a group), but so far without success. And against all expectations, Cyberleek reappeared this week with the release of a 24-minute gameplay video of GTA 6. It showed cinematics, key moments in the story, the playable characters Jason and Lucia without clothes (Jason completely naked from the front), and a first-person view.

Rockstar Responds to Leaks

It is still unknown how these gameplay images, or any version of the game they come from, managed to bypass Rockstar's draconian security. Events this week, however, suggest that Cyberleek is still at large and unbothered by potential legal proceedings. In August, Rockstar responded to the GTA 6 leaks, describing the situation as "heart-wrenching" for its development team and "regrettable" for fans. The studio acknowledged that the gaming experience "could be affected by some spoilers," while reaffirming the previously confirmed release date of GTA 6 on November 19.

Legal Challenges Ahead

The arrest of the culprit(s) may depend on the ability of Take-Two's legal team and competent authorities to compel social networks and cryptocurrency exchange platforms to disclose the personal information they hold about the responsible party(s).
