Prime Video has unveiled its lineup of new and returning series set to debut in September 2026, offering a mix of genres including action, fantasy, drama, and comedy. Among the new additions is Neagley, a series centered on Frances Neagley, a Chicago-based private detective and former Army investigator. The show follows her as she digs into the suspicious death of a friend. Neagley is a spin-off from the popular Jack Reacher franchise, created by Lee Child, and is expected to attract fans of the tough, lone-wolf character. Another new series, Sterling Point, follows 17-year-old Annie Jacobson, who inherits her enigmatic grandfather’s island in Canada and uncovers hidden family secrets. Created by Megan Park, the show is described as a coming-of-age story with a nostalgic vibe that recalls the 1990s and early 2000s. It blends mystery with personal growth, offering a mix of adventure and emotional discovery. Returning series include The Magicians, a fantasy drama following Quentin Coldwater as he learns that the magical world of Fillory is real. The show is known for its intricate storytelling and impressive visual effects. Ride or Die returns with Octavia Spencer and Hannah Waddingham as best friends whose lives are thrown into chaos when one is revealed to be an international hitwoman. The series balances action and humor, highlighting both the dangers and absurdity of their situation. Other returning shows include The Five-Star Weekend, an adaptation of Elin Hilderbrand’s novel that follows a food influencer hosting four friends in Nantucket to cope with personal loss. The series features Jennifer Garner and Regina Hall, among others. Reacher, based on the Jack Reacher novels, continues with an ex-military police officer tackling high-stakes investigations. Elle, a prequel to the Legally Blonde films, follows Elle Woods in high school, while The Legend of Vox Machina and Invincible return as animated series rooted in fantasy and superhero themes. New additions also include Spider-Noir, a Prime Video series set in 1930s New York, following Ben Reilly, an aging detective confronting his past as Spider-Man. The series, starring Nicolas Cage, offers a fresh take on the Spider-Man universe.
