The 14th edition of the RENT real estate fair will be held in Paris from November 4 to 5 as part of the first Week of Real Estate and Housing, which runs from November 2 to 7. This event aims to tackle current challenges in the housing market and the growing use of artificial intelligence (AI) in real estate. Stéphane Scarella, director of the fair, emphasized that combining AI with human expertise is essential for advancing the real estate sector. The fair will focus on practical ways professionals can use AI tools to improve their work, rather than just discussing theoretical ideas. The fair will cover four main topics, including whether small real estate agencies can benefit from these technological advances. Amaury de Longvilliers, a spokesperson for OpenAI, will speak about new ways to use AI in real estate research. Mike DelPrete, an analyst, will share insights on how the American real estate market is changing. The event will also reveal exclusive studies, including a survey by Bien'ici and Ifop that explores the housing aspirations of the French population. This year, the RENT fair is expanding its reach by partnering with the Co-Ownership and Housing Fair and the Ministry of Cities and Housing. The Week of Real Estate and Housing will include a market review and 2027 outlooks presented by SAFTI at the National Assembly on November 2. Orpi, a real estate company, will host a citizen consultation that gathered nearly 20,000 responses. On November 3, the first Housing Innovation Summits will take place with the Ministry of Cities and Housing, along with a ceremony to honor innovations in social housing. In the evening, the Proptech solidarity gala will be held. On November 4 and 5, RENT and the Co-Ownership and Housing Fair will be the main events of the week. A meeting will be held with "the French Housing Team" around Minister Vincent Jeanbrun. There will also be discussions with Qualitel on how French people feel about their housing conditions and a meeting organized by Le Figaro Immobilier focused on housing policies. On Friday, a conference on the relationship between housing and health will take place at Nexity. On Saturday, a week review will be broadcast on Sud Radio. The event's program is expected to grow even more as the week progresses.
