Disney+ is set to expand its content library in October 2026 with the release of new documentaries, series, and films. One of the highlights will be Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger, a documentary premiering on October 9, 2026. This film offers an inside look at the Oasis Live '25 tour, which sold out all of its dates. The documentary includes the first joint interview between Liam and Noel Gallagher, the band's founding members, in over 20 years, along with rare live footage and previously unreleased information. On the same day, Disney+ will also add Anges & Cie, a French comedy series. The show follows the daily lives of guardian angels, played by Élodie Fontan, Romain Lancry, and Shirine Boutella. It blends humor with the supernatural, offering a lighthearted take on the role of angels in human lives. In addition to the documentary, Disney+ will add several series to its catalog in early October. The Drop, a spin-off of the critically acclaimed series Snowfall, will debut on October 7, 2026. Created by Malcolm Spellman and Dave Andron for FX, the series will consist of nearly 10 episodes. It follows Wanda Bell and Leon Simmons as they navigate the criminal underworld of 1990s Los Angeles, a time marked by the rise of gangsta rap and the social tensions after the 1992 riots. On the same day, Disney+ will also launch the second season of Vampirina, a popular animated series aimed at younger audiences. The show follows the adventures of a young vampire and her eccentric friends in a spooky yet fun environment. Also launching on October 8, 2026, will be The Kardashians - Season 8, continuing the reality TV saga of the Kardashian-Jenner family. Other films available on Disney+ from October 5 to 11, 2026, include a variety of titles such as The Haunted Mansion and the 999 Ghosts, Get Out, Avatar: Fire and Ash, The Square, Casper, Predator: Badlands, Zootopia 2, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, and Springsteen: Deliver Me From Nowhere, offering a wide range of genres and entertainment for viewers of all ages.
