The 2026 French rollerski championships were held in Bessat, a town in the Loire department, over the weekend. The event featured individual skate races for both under-20 and senior categories, with the main races taking place on Sunday afternoon. In the 12 km race for seniors, Doubiste Cloé Pagnier from the Chaux-Neuve (Doubs) club won her third national title, marking her first victory in the seniors category. She completed the course in 31 minutes, 37 seconds, and 5. Justine Gaillard from Méaudrais claimed silver, finishing 9 seconds and 8 behind Pagnier, while Delphine Claudel from Bressauc took bronze, 21 seconds and 9 behind the winner. Local athlete Liv Coupat finished fourth, with France Pignot of Haut-Savoie and Mélina Berthet of Isère rounding out the top five, with Berthet also winning the U23 category. In the under-20 category, Heidi Convard, Léna Quintin, Agathe Margreither, and Anouchka Neuville were among the top 10 finishers. Anaé Remillon of Montblanaise was crowned French U16 champion of the individual skating, finishing just ahead of Léonie Gueguen. Additional results included Esteban Colomb winning the U16 gold in the individual skate, Mathis Desloges securing the gold medal in the individual skate, and Gaspard Cottaz taking the U20 title. Gaby Thomas was crowned U18 French champion of the individual skating.
