Jenna Lennon, the former wife of British activist Tommy Robinson, has pleaded guilty to breaching accounting rules related to the company Hope & Pride Limited, where she was the sole director. The guilty plea was entered at Southwark Crown Court on Thursday. According to court officials, Lennon failed to hand over financial records to the company's liquidator as required by the Insolvency Act 1986 between September 2023 and December 2025. Public records show that the company owed more than £300,000 in unpaid corporation tax to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) at the time it was liquidated in September 2023. Lennon divorced Robinson, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, in February 2021. Robinson filed for bankruptcy in March 2021. Bail was granted to Lennon ahead of her sentencing on 26 November. The Insolvency Service has not yet commented on the case. Earlier this month, Robinson faced allegations of lying under oath about his personal finances following a Channel 4 Dispatches investigation. After a 12-month probe, former director of public prosecutions Sir Max Hill KC stated that some of the evidence collected could support a criminal investigation. Robinson denied the claims in a written statement, saying, "I deny perjury... I deny fraud." The documentary, titled Tommy Robinson: Where’s The Money Gone?, claims that despite collecting hundreds of thousands of pounds in public donations, several high-profile fundraising campaigns did not reach their intended recipients. Sir Max indicated that an alleged failure to pass on funds raised for a survivor of the Telford grooming scandal was "likely to be fraud" through misrepresentation. The survivor, referred to as "Kate," stated she received no money from the campaigns and accused Robinson of recording a suicidal phone call without her consent and broadcasting it in a documentary using her real name, despite promises of anonymity. She described his actions as "despicable." In response, Robinson denied using her crisis for financial gain or broadcasting the footage against her will. He stated he recorded the call due to an imminent risk to her life and that Kate was content with the film before it was released.
