The sequel to Ashes of the Singularity, titled Ashes of the Singularity 2, has officially set its release date for November 10 on PC. This marks the first time the game’s launch date has been disclosed after months of speculation.

Return to traditional RTS gameplay

The game will return to more traditional real-time strategy gameplay, focusing on large-scale battles with thousands of units. It will also place greater emphasis on storytelling than its predecessor, offering a more narrative-driven experience.

Three distinct factions

Players will be able to choose from three factions: The Earth United Forces, a human alliance against AI and post-humans; The Post-Human Coalition, humans who have undergone technological enhancements to lead humanity’s evolution; and The Substrate, an advanced AI that believes humans have outlived their purpose.

Campaign and multiplayer modes

The game features a campaign set in a near-future world, blending realism with sci-fi elements. It also includes multiplayer modes, allowing players to compete against each other online. The game will only be available on PC platforms.
