Katie Price, a British media personality and former glamour model, has reportedly ended her eight-month marriage to Lee Andrews after uncovering inconsistencies in his financial claims. The couple married in Dubai earlier this year, but they have not been seen together in months due to Lee’s multiple prison stints. According to a source, Katie ended the marriage via WhatsApp on Monday and has no intention of reuniting with him in Dubai. In a recent podcast with her sister Sophie Price, who also works as Katie’s publicist, Katie mentioned that there were “lots and lots of things that haven’t made sense” regarding Lee’s claims. However, she did not elaborate further. Sophie noted that the situation has drawn significant media attention, though Katie has indicated she will speak more about it when she is “ready,” promising her audience will be the first to hear her story. Lee Andrews faced financial difficulties that led to his imprisonment in Dubai, reportedly over alleged debt issues. He was arrested again on July 11 after allegedly trying to raise £120,000 he believed he owed. A spokesperson for Lahbab Police Station stated they had no record of Andrews being there, while Katie’s representative declined to comment on the situation. Lee had previously claimed to be a multi-millionaire business owner and investor in high-profile ventures, but there was little evidence to support these claims. Lee also faced accusations of scamming multiple women, including his former partner Alana, who dubbed him the “Tinder Swindler.” He was accused of attempting to defraud other women of money and of faking a pregnancy with Katie and then falsely claiming to have been kidnapped and accused of espionage. Dubai authorities have denied the kidnapping claims, stating the matter was a private civil dispute. Court documents also revealed two outstanding legal cases against Lee, including a £54,000 debt to a rental car company and a separate claim for about £15,000 in unpaid legal fees.
