Festival postponed due to heatwave

The Chambord Live festival, originally set for late June 2026, was canceled because of a severe heatwave and a decision by local authorities. The event, co-organized by the Tours-based company AZ Prod, is expected to return in 2027 with the same three-day format as planned for this year.

Angèle confirmed as 2027 headliner

On Monday, October 19, it was announced that Angèle will be the first headliner for the 2027 festival. The Belgian singer aims to attract 30,000 people at the foot of the second most visited castle in France, located just one hour from Tours. This venue is central to the festival's appeal.

Angèle's recent success and new album

Angèle recently released her latest album, which includes hits such as "Une seule vie" and the duet "Love Triangle" with Caroline Polachek. Despite her busy schedule, including appearances at other festivals and a tour that includes the Accor Arena in Paris, her participation in the Val de Loire region is considered a significant event.

Ticket sales and event dates

Tickets for the 2027 festival will be available for pre-sale starting Wednesday, October 21, at 12:00, and for general sale starting Thursday, October 22, at 10:00. The event is scheduled for Saturday, June 26. Two additional headliners are expected to be announced for the other two days of the festival.
