EZVIZ EB3 camera now cheaper

The EZVIZ EB3 surveillance camera is now available for 44.99 € at Boulanger.com, representing a decrease of approximately 19% compared to the usual price observed. This price drop is based on comparisons with other retailers' prices from the previous month.

Basic features of the EB3 camera

The EB3 is described as a relatively simple surveillance camera that aims to monitor the home and especially the outside without requiring major work or a significant investment. It features easy installation via a wifi connection and battery, an effective detection system, and good image quality during the day and night.

Limitations of the EB3 camera

However, it must be recharged frequently and has some limitations, including average audio experience, no detection of vehicles or animals, and limited autonomy. The camera allows storage on a microSD card and/or cloud, with the option to add a solar panel.

Price calculation method

The price decrease is calculated by comparing the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices practiced by all merchants for the product last month, with safety rules to exclude prices from stores whose VAT policy is not clear.

Alternative camera option

An alternative option mentioned is the TP-Link Tapo C510W, a motorized camera with a reliable detection system that can monitor several areas and follow intruders by filming them. It has good image quality, though its projector lacks power for a truly usable color night vision, but the infrared is extremely effective.
