NVIDIA has shared details about the upcoming additions and features for its cloud gaming service, GeForce NOW, which allows users to stream video games over the internet without needing powerful hardware. This week, ten new games will become available to subscribers, with seven of them being brand new releases. Among these, Gears of War: E-Day stands out as a high-profile title that will be released on Steam and Xbox on October 6. NVIDIA claims that Ultimate members will experience performance similar to that of a GeForce RTX 5080 graphics card, with features like NVIDIA DLSS (Deep Learning Super Sampling) and NVIDIA Reflex, which help improve visual quality and reduce input lag. This performance is available across a variety of devices, including laptops, portable gadgets, Macs, and compatible web browsers, without the need to download or install the game, save storage space, or wait for long loading times. Other notable new releases include Star Wars: Galactic Racer, which became available on October 6, and Clive Barker's Hellraiser: Revival, which was released shortly after the initial testing phase. Additional titles set to launch on Steam on October 8 are Forever Ago, Order of the Sinking Star, Silver Pines, Permafrost, and Graveyard Keeper 2. Solasta II and Tyr are also now available on Steam. However, the Xbox version of Dune: Awakening was not added to GeForce NOW in September as originally planned, and no new release date has been announced for its inclusion. NVIDIA is also expanding access to its service by allowing Fire TV users to purchase GeForce NOW subscriptions directly through Amazon. This feature is expected to roll out in the coming weeks, making it easier for users of Amazon’s Fire TV devices to enjoy cloud gaming without needing to go through other platforms. The new additions and improvements to GeForce NOW reflect NVIDIA’s ongoing efforts to enhance the cloud gaming experience, offering more variety and better performance across different devices. With more games becoming available and new features being introduced, the service continues to evolve to meet the needs of gamers looking for flexibility and high-quality performance.
