Roadworks in three suburbs

Road construction is causing traffic disruptions in the evenings in Issy-les-Moulineaux, Saint-Cloud, and Boulogne-Billancourt until October 30. The Hauts-de-Seine Department is carrying out repairs on major roads in these areas, setting up detours and, in some cases, imposing parking restrictions that apply during the day as well.

Specific roads affected

The works are focused on the Place de la Résistance in Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Avenue du Général-Leclerc in Saint-Cloud, and the Quai Alphonse-Le-Gallo in Boulogne-Billancourt. Each site has different operating hours, and drivers and residents in these areas need to choose alternative routes depending on which sector they are traveling through.

Night work in Issy-les-Moulineaux

In Issy-les-Moulineaux, the Place de la Résistance on the RD 7 is being renovated from October 26 to October 30. Vehicle traffic is interrupted from 9 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. during this period. Some authorized vehicles, including those belonging to residents, may pass if conditions are safe. A map of detour routes near the Issy bridge and the Billancourt bridge is included in the department's work notice. These restrictions apply only during the nights of the work, and passage for residents is not guaranteed.

Changes in Saint-Cloud

In Saint-Cloud, the Avenue du Général-Leclerc, also known as the Route de Versailles, between the Place Magenta and the entrance to the National Domain of Saint-Cloud is closed from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. from October 26 to October 30. A detour is in place, as detailed in the department's work notice. During the project, streets such as Gaston-Rollin, Laval, Edeline, and du Commandant-Lareinty are temporarily converted to two-way traffic. This change affects regular traffic patterns in the area, and drivers must follow temporary signage, even on roads they usually use in one direction.

Work on Boulogne-Billancourt’s quay

In Boulogne-Billancourt, the Quai Alphonse-Le-Gallo has been under construction since October 19 and will continue until October 30. The section between the Sèvres bridge and the Rue Gallieni, from south to north, is affected. Work occurs from 9 p.m. to 6 a.m., with traffic interruptions at night on the affected section, as outlined in the traffic plan. Parking is banned all day in the affected area, so drivers who park on the quay before evening hours are also impacted. A map included in the local notice shows the work area and detour routes, particularly near the Rue de Sèvres, the Rue Gallieni, and the Avenue André-Morizet.

Future road maintenance

These roadworks are part of the Hauts-de-Seine Department's annual maintenance program for departmental roads. The schedule includes additional night-time interventions from November 2 to 6 on the Quai Georges-Gorse in Boulogne-Billancourt and from November 2 to 5 on the Boulevard de Richelieu in Rueil-Malmaison. Both projects will involve traffic disruptions and detours.
