Enhancements over previous model

The Dreame L40s Pro Ultra is an upgraded version of the L40 Ultra, offering more power, a double anti-tangle brush, and an improved obstacle crossing feature that allows it to navigate over obstacles up to 4 cm in height. These improvements make it better suited for navigating complex home environments.

Features and performance

According to the report, the Dreame L40s Pro Ultra has excellent suction power, an effective washing function, automatic mop installation and removal, improved corner cleaning, simplified maintenance, long battery life, fast charging, and a feature-rich app. However, it has slightly reduced battery life compared to the L40 Ultra.

Alternative model available

An alternative to the Dreame L40s Pro Ultra is the Eureka J15 Pro Ultra, which is described as a very versatile robot capable of both vacuuming and washing, and adaptable to all types of flooring with minimal user input. It includes retractable mops and a multifunction station.

Limitations of the Eureka J15 Pro Ultra

While the Eureka J15 Pro Ultra has an efficient navigation system, its AI for detecting and avoiding small obstacles is somewhat limited, requiring the home to be tidied up before use. Additionally, the multifunction station is considered bulky by some users.
