It is not yet known whether all these activities will be completely free to play or if they will affect gameplay elements such as the player's physical condition. The game's map is expected to be nearly twice as large as previous entries, offering a range of diverse environments. Some activities, such as mini-golf and fishing, have not been seen in the series before. These additions suggest a greater focus on variety and immersion in the game world. It has been confirmed that two playable characters, Jason and Lucia, can share moments together and perform several activities as a couple. However, it remains unclear whether all activities will be available for couples or how often they can be performed.
