Gradur loses weight for concert

Gradur, a 35-year-old rapper from Roubaix, has lost 14 kilos in preparation for his concert at the Accor Arena in Paris on October 16. His fitness routine includes push-ups, pull-ups, calisthenics, and running.

Sheguey running club gains popularity

Gradur launched the first edition of his Sheguey running club on September 20 in the Bois de Vincennes, drawing over 600 participants. A second event on October 11 attracted more than 200 people for a 5km run.

Gradur emphasizes community and values

He described the running club as "incredible," highlighting the unity among his fans. Gradur believes the club promotes positive values for young people, encouraging discipline and helping those who had stopped running to return to it.

Fitness as a lifestyle change

Gradur’s physical preparation for the concert began months ago, including quitting alcohol four years ago and replacing smoking with regular exercise. He runs nearly four times a week and does extensive muscle strengthening, such as doing up to 300 or 400 push-ups daily.

Future goals for Gradur

Gradur, whose last album Décennie celebrated his 10 years in the music industry, plans to keep the Sheguey running club active after his concert. His next goal is to attempt a half marathon, with the possibility of eventually running a full marathon and earning medals.
