Physical editions announced

The indie game Denshattack! will soon be available in physical form for PlayStation 5 and Switch 2, as reported by ActuGaming.net. This follows the game’s success in the digital space and its positive reception among players and critics.

Partnership with Fangamer

The physical editions, which include both Standard and Deluxe versions, will be released through Fangamer, a company known for producing high-quality merchandise for indie games. Specific details about the contents and pricing of these editions have not yet been shared.

Soundtrack and merchandise releases

The game’s soundtrack will be released on vinyl and CD by Kid Katana Records, with pre-orders beginning on October 23. Additional merchandise, such as two T-shirts and a pin featuring the game’s artwork, will also be available for purchase.

New Rhythm mode added

A free update for Denshattack! introduces a Rhythm mode, allowing players to experience levels in a style reminiscent of the combat against Suzuna Sei. This mode adds a new layer of gameplay for existing players.

Console players receive PC content

Console players will also receive content from the September PC update by the end of the month, including platinum medals and online leaderboards, bringing console versions closer to the features available on PC.

Current availability of the game

Denshattack! is currently available on PC through Steam and Microsoft Store, as well as on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and Switch 2. The physical editions and new content aim to further expand the game’s reach and appeal.
