Reynard has worked on several popular games, including +1 Speed Keyboard Escape, which attracted millions of players. He has also participated in special events, such as a virtual concert featuring Lil Nas X on Roblox. While he has explored other platforms out of curiosity, he prefers Roblox for its simplicity, accessibility, and the active community that constantly seeks new experiences. Roblox promotes a culture of experimentation and discovery, even if it sometimes feels chaotic. Reynard highlights the importance of testing new ideas and adjusting them based on community feedback. He notes that the platform's simplicity can sometimes lead people to overthink, which he finds to be one of the most challenging aspects of working on Roblox. To support its top creators, Roblox offers programs like the Creation Tour, promotions, and awards. SecretVerse Studio, Reynard’s own studio, won the Best Party & Casual Game award for +1 Speed Keyboard Escape at this year’s Roblox Innovation Awards. Reynard describes the win as a rewarding moment for his team. Despite these achievements, he expresses a desire to keep growing on the Roblox platform, which he believes offers a wide range of tools, a large audience, and many opportunities for development. Reynard acknowledges that Roblox has both strengths and weaknesses, and its unique nature makes it difficult to fully understand after two decades of development. However, its success is partly due to creators like himself, who contribute to its dynamic ecosystem. While he is open to the possibility of working in a traditional video game studio in the future, for now, Roblox provides the resources he needs to continue his creative journey.
