SEDIF invests in water filtration

The Syndicat des eaux d'Île-de-France (SEDIF) is investing one billion euros in new filtration technology to improve water quality in France. This investment aims to address growing public concerns and ensure a sustainable water supply for the future.

Public opinion on water quality

According to the Kantar 2025 barometer, 86 percent of French people are satisfied with the reliability of their water service. However, 75 percent of respondents express concern about water pollution, indicating a gap between satisfaction and perceived safety.

New campaign launched

In response to public concerns, SEDIF, in collaboration with the Bastille agency, has launched a 360 campaign titled "A revolution is coming to your tap." This campaign aims to educate the public and promote confidence in the water service through various media channels.

Campaign components

The campaign includes an OOH (out-of-home) device and digital brand content, notably a podcast titled Source sûre. The podcast is divided into five episodes, each addressing specific water-related issues and questions from the public.

Campaign reach

The campaign will be broadcast across the entire SEDIF territory, covering regions where SEDIF provides water services. This wide reach aims to ensure that all residents receive the information and reassurance about water quality and future challenges.
