Moulinex has launched the Ever Fry Dual Flex 9L EZ9288F0, a new air fryer that uses infrared technology to improve cooking efficiency and achieve a crispier result. Priced at 199.99 euros, this model is designed for larger households, with a 9-liter capacity that can serve up to eight people. The device includes two cooking racks, a removable tray separator, and a kitchen tong, offering flexibility in meal preparation. The air fryer features a modular internal design powered by Moulinex’s FlexCook technology, allowing users to adjust the cooking space according to their needs. The 9-liter cooking tray can be used as a single large cooking area, called the Mega Zone, or divided into two asymmetrical sections using a removable separator. This setup enables the simultaneous preparation of two different dishes with varying temperatures and cooking times. The device also includes a removable front panel known as the Genius System, which is designed to make cleaning easier by reducing the space it occupies in a dishwasher. The control panel provides seven pre-set cooking modes, including options for fries, chicken, vegetables, fish, desserts, risen dough, and a manual setting for custom recipes. A large transparent window allows users to monitor the cooking process without losing heat. Moulinex claims that the Ever Fry Dual Flex 9L EZ9288F0 uses 70% less energy than a conventional oven and significantly reduces the amount of fat needed for cooking. Additionally, the MyMoulinex app offers free access to more than 100 detailed recipes, helping users explore a variety of cooking options.
