At the Mistral clinic, Yolande confides in Léa that Mirta is trying to move on from their relationship, though Léa reassures her that Mirta helped her through the grief of Josselin's death and that there is still much to experience. In another storyline, Emma begins her first day at the Scop, a fictional company. Chris thanks her for correcting his order mistake and offers to show her the production process. However, the workshop supervisor scolds Chris for overstepping his role and tells him to return to his post. David tells Emma that a Parisian has no place in a production line, to which Emma replies that she grew up there, not in Paris. Tensions rise between the workshop supervisor and Emma's new director, Gisèle. Emma tells Gisèle she is having difficulty getting along with David, who had also applied for the director position but was rejected due to his authoritarian nature and poor interpersonal skills. Gisèle reveals she has memory issues and uses a dictaphone to keep track of everything. She informs Emma that the health inspection is scheduled for October 5, giving her five days to prepare. Meanwhile, Aya and Stanislas share their first kiss after Aya confesses she is not immune to Stanislas's charm. Earlier, Aya had been asked by Djawad to contact Stanislas to find a key, but she hesitated, saying she would not betray someone. However, she eventually finds the key and kisses Stanislas before leaving. Ariane and Djawad avoid suspicion by staging a couple's argument with Patrick, falsely claiming Djawad lost Ariane's bracelet. They later inform Louis they did not find the key in the car. Bonnie unexpectedly appears in the kitchen and criticizes the macarons, prompting Djawad to have her leave. At the Mistral police station, Stanislas discovers the payment used to hire the forger came from Monsieur Rochette's computer. He learns that Rochette was undergoing surgery during the transaction, suggesting someone broke into his home. This raises questions about whether it was his caregiver. Barbara receives concerning medical results, and Bonnie surprises her in the kitchen. Louis visits Bonnie and questions her motives regarding Barbara, to which Bonnie replies that she wanted to meet the woman who took her place.
