French plastic surgeon Sydney Ohana, often referred to as the "surgeon of stars," is facing new allegations of sexual violence, bringing the total number of accusations against him to ten. The claims, which span from 2007 to 2023, include rape, sexual harassment, and sexual assault. One of the allegations involves a minor. Ohana, 75, is currently under judicial control, which limits his ability to leave the country and restricts him from treating female patients. He is also under investigation by the National Council of the Medical Order, which will review his case in an upcoming assembly. According to reports, ten women have accused Ohana of committing acts of violence and sexual misconduct both at his Paris clinic, the Clinique Eiffel, and in private settings. One accuser, identified as Mia, described an incident in 2019 where Ohana allegedly touched her thigh during a visit to his home. She said she felt "frozen" and "terrified" during the alleged assault. Another accuser, Andréa, claimed she was manipulated into a relationship with Ohana, which she described as turning her into an "sexual slave." She alleged she was forced into sexual encounters with Ohana and his friends and was coerced into performing in front of his guests. Andréa later retracted her complaint, citing pressure from her sister. Nina, another accuser, alleged that Ohana touched her genital area during a drug-induced state at a party in 2021. Ohana denies these allegations, stating he never touched her and that the presence of drugs was impossible, as he is allergic to them. He has filed a complaint against Nina for "calumny, blackmail, and attempted extortion." Nathalie, another accuser, described Ohana as "a spider weaving a web" and alleged he raped her three times, including during a post-operative visit. Ohana denies these allegations, claiming the incidents were consensual and that Nathalie was an "escroc" trying to extort money from him. He has filed a complaint against her for fraud. Sandra, another accuser, alleged that Ohana took her to a sex club after her surgery and subjected her to sexual violence for hours. Ohana denies these allegations, stating that he was not involved in the acts and that Sandra was "completely out of her mind." A patient, identified only as Nathalie, alleged that Ohana touched her breasts during a consultation. Ohana denied the allegations, claiming it was an administrative error. She later retracted her complaint due to media pressure. An ex-employee alleged that Ohana made sexual advances and attempted to sexually assault her in his office. Ohana denied these allegations, claiming the employee was "hyper-sexualized" and "provocative," and that the incident was a result of her drug use. Several other professionals in the medical field have accused Ohana of creating a "permanently sexualized atmosphere" in his clinic. One alleged that Ohana asked her if she was a virgin and if she enjoyed being sodomized. Another alleged that Ohana told her she would only see him again if she came to his office on her hands and knees. Ohana remains under judicial control with restrictions on his movements and medical practice. His case will be reviewed by the National Council of the Medical Order, which may refer him to the disciplinary chamber. Ohana maintains his innocence and claims he is being unfairly targeted. His lawyers have stated that he will continue to cooperate with the justice system to establish the truth.
