A new Soho House, named Soho River House, is set to open in the historic town of Windsor, about 45 minutes from central London. This will be the 15th Soho House location and is expected to open in 2027 along the River Thames. While an exact date has not been confirmed, the venue will offer a range of amenities including guest bedrooms, multiple dining and drinking options, a 25-meter swimming pool, and various recreational activities. The design of the new house is inspired by classic English country clubs, as seen in artist renderings that show a grand dining area with chandeliers and ornate ceiling details. Soho River House will provide members with access to a riverside restaurant, a vinyl bar, and a branch of the Soho Health Club. This health club will include a gym, wellness facilities, onsens (Japanese-style hot tubs), and cold plunge pools. Additionally, the new location will host the first Soho House Racquet and Rowing Club, featuring courts for tennis, padel, and pickleball. The facility will also include dry boat storage, a boat staging area, and a launching ramp for direct river access, making it a hub for both land and water-based activities. Applications for membership at Soho River House will open before its official launch in 2027. Interested individuals can register their interest on the Soho House website. Prospective members must submit an online application and gain approval from a committee. Annual membership fees can be as high as £4,500 for the highest tier, which includes access to 48 Soho Houses across 19 countries, discounted accommodation rates, Health Club benefits, and exclusive events. The introduction of Soho River House reflects the brand’s continued expansion into locations that blend luxury with traditional aesthetics. With its focus on wellness, recreation, and exclusive access, the new facility aims to cater to high-profile guests, professionals, and those seeking a premium lifestyle experience. As the first Soho House in the Windsor area, it is expected to attract both local and international members looking for a unique blend of social and recreational opportunities.
