Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 price drop

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 is now available on Amazon for 199 euros, which is 21 percent less than its suggested retail price of 253 euros. This discount applies specifically to the model with 4 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage.

Device specifications

The smartphone features a 6.99-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 processor, and a 7,700 mAh battery. It also includes a HyperOS 3 interface based on Android and a 50-megapixel main camera alongside a 16-megapixel front-facing camera.

Screen and performance

The display has a refresh rate of up to 120 Hz, providing smooth visuals and vibrant colors. However, the device is not equipped with 5G technology and has only 4 GB of RAM, which may limit performance for more demanding tasks.

Additional features and limitations

The storage can be expanded using a microSD card, but the charger is not included in the package. The phone is designed for users who prioritize battery life and screen comfort over high-performance capabilities.

Target audience and use cases

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 17 is marketed as a durable and reliable option for everyday use. It may not be ideal for users who frequently play resource-intensive games or require advanced features like 5G connectivity.
