Event rescheduled after weather issues

The second edition of the Halles éphémères, an event highlighting local producers and artisans, will take place this Sunday, November 1, 2026, in Villetelle. Earlier disruptions due to weather, including a Mediterranean storm, had forced organizers to delay the event.

Location and event details

The event will be held at Domaine d'Ambrussum, located at 615, impasse des Capitelles, 34400 Villetelle, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. On-site parking is available for visitors.

Local producers and products on display

Around thirty professionals from the Gard, Hérault, and Lozère departments will participate. They will offer a range of products, including oysters, sheep's milk tomme cheese, country bread, artisan coffee, organic beer, wine, cognac, farm products, charcuterie, vegetables, and local specialties. Some producers will also provide tasting plates and sell their goods.

On-site meal and menu options

A barbecue meal will be served on site, featuring beef rib with an autumn vegetable stew made of potatoes, pumpkins, chestnuts, onions, and mushrooms. A meat-free option with eggs and tomme cheese and a children's menu will also be available. The meal will conclude with an apple crumble.

Activities for all ages

The event will include various activities for children and adults. A florist will decorate the domain in autumn colors, and a music group will perform throughout the day. Families can enjoy pony rides, a mini-farm visit, a treasure hunt, and giant wooden games. Additional activities include a Halloween-themed creative workshop, artistic makeup, a charm bar, and a photo challenge titled "Pumpkin Head."

Event’s broader purpose

The second edition of the Halles éphémères aims to connect the public with local economic actors. Producers, artisans, and creators will showcase their work in a setting different from their usual sales environments.
