The Netatmo Connected Radiator Thermostat Heads Additional Valve is currently available on Amazon for 48.44 euros, which is about a 23% discount compared to its usual price. This reduction is based on a calculation that compares the lowest price of the day with the average of the lowest prices offered by all merchants for the product last month. Special rules are applied to ensure that prices from stores with unclear VAT policies are excluded from the calculation. The product is described as the top choice in comparisons and is highlighted for its ease of installation, which requires only a precision screwdriver for certain valves. It also features a complete, easy-to-program mobile app and the ability to adjust the temperature in half-degree increments. Despite these advantages, the product's cost increases quickly with the number of radiators, and the thermostat heads are noted as being somewhat bulky. They do not include the ability to measure temperature remotely. The device is particularly useful for managing room-by-room temperatures on specific time slots without the need to adjust each radiator manually. However, it is emphasized that significant energy savings should not be expected if the user is already diligent about managing radiator temperatures. The main benefit of the product lies in its practicality and convenience for temperature control. An alternative product, the Heatzy Pilot, offers effective control of electric heating through a smartphone at a low cost and without requiring advanced technical knowledge. However, it has limitations due to the wire pilot technology it uses, which does not allow for remote temperature adjustment. While the Heatzy Pilot is more affordable and user-friendly, it lacks some of the precision and flexibility offered by the Netatmo Connected Radiator Thermostat Heads Additional Valve. Both products cater to different needs and preferences, allowing consumers to choose based on their specific requirements for home heating control.
