Game offers two distinct endings

Tormented Souls 2 provides two different endings based on the choices players make during the game. One ending is tragic, while the other is considered favorable, depending on specific actions taken by the player.

Tragic ending conditions

The tragic ending occurs if players proceed through the story without completing an optional task before entering the bunker. In this outcome, Caroline defeats Nautilus but cannot escape with Anna, who later discovers Caroline's decomposed body near a cryogenic capsule.

Good ending requirements

To achieve the good ending, players must save Miguel by repairing his robotic duplicate in the Other World. This involves retrieving adhesive tape from a hidden area in the convent and using it to fix the robotic figurine representing Miguel in the principal's office of the school's Other World version.

Puzzles vary by location

The game's puzzles are organized by area, with solutions provided for each section. In the convent, players combine items to solve locks and retrieve keys, such as using a pin from a corkboard with a book of Christ to unlock a flower lock in the infirmary.

Other areas feature unique puzzles

In the school, players must use a metal spoon on a xylophone and play "FACEDEAD" near a Beethoven statue to obtain a fuse. The church and bunker areas involve puzzles such as using a puppet virus with specific dosages and operating a generator with a lighting candle.

Additional areas have specific challenges

In the city and mall areas, players must use keys found on bodies and solve puzzles involving arcade machines and refrigerators. The processing plant area includes puzzles related to a VHS tape, incineration ovens, and moving cages.
