One week after the initial demonstrations on October 17, the yellow vests movement has announced plans to reorganize. Their coordination body declared on Monday, October 19, a "second act" of demonstrations scheduled for Saturday, October 24.

Participants are encouraged to use the hashtag #JT13H for statistical tracking purposes. This allows organizers to monitor the scale and reach of the demonstrations more effectively.
