MSI has launched a pair of identical Pro MP252L monitors, each equipped with a 24.5-inch IPS panel that supports Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels) and a maximum refresh rate of 100 Hz. These monitors are currently available at a discounted price of 124.99 euros using a specific code, which brings the price down to under 65 euros per unit. This is a rare deal for IPS monitors with a 100 Hz refresh rate, typically found in more expensive models. The set is listed at 139.99 euros on the French e-commerce site Cdiscount, but with the code 15DES129, the price drops significantly. The monitors feature a 24.5-inch IPS panel with wide viewing angles—178 degrees horizontally and vertically—ensuring that colors remain consistent even when viewed from an angle. This is particularly useful in dual-monitor setups where one screen may be slightly off to the side. The anti-glare coating and 250 nits of brightness make them suitable for typical office use. Additionally, the monitors include Anti-Flicker technology and a "Less Blue Light" mode certified by TÜV Rheinland, which helps reduce eye strain during long periods of screen use. One notable limitation is the absence of original VESA mounting holes, which means users will need an adapter to install the monitors on a dual-arm stand. The 100 Hz refresh rate contributes to smoother scrolling and navigation, while support for Adaptive-Sync and AMD FreeSync helps reduce screen tearing during fast-moving visuals. Each monitor is equipped with an HDMI 1.4b port and a DisplayPort 1.2a connection, along with a headphone jack. However, there are no built-in speakers, so users will need to connect external speakers or a headset for audio. To use both monitors simultaneously, a computer with at least two compatible video outputs is required. Each monitor has one HDMI 1.4b and one DisplayPort 1.2a port, so users should check if their desktop or laptop has two matching ports. If not, a docking station or an adapter may be necessary to support both monitors at the same time.
