Disney+ is expanding its content offerings in October 2026 with a range of new films, series, and documentaries. Among the highlights is the Marvel series VisionQuest, which wraps up a television trilogy that began in 2021 with WandaVision and continued in 2024 with Agatha All Along. VisionQuest follows Vision, an android who has escaped from those who sought to use him as a weapon, and now lives in hiding while searching for a new purpose. He turns to the artificial intelligences embedded in his programming, including F.R.I.D.A.Y., E.D.I.T.H., J.A.R.V.I.S., and Ultron. When a reward is placed on his head, Vision is forced to flee with Thomas Shepard, a mysterious young boy who may be the reincarnation of his son. To survive, Vision must confront his identity, resist the influence of Ultron, and uncover the truth about his companion. Created by Terry Matalas, VisionQuest blends elements of mystery and comedy, featuring a cast led by Paul Bettany and James Spader, who reprises his role as Ultron. The series becomes available on Disney+ starting October 14. The documentary Oasis: Don't Look Back in Anger is the film of the month. It combines archival footage, concert performances, and exclusive interviews to provide an intimate look at the Gallagher brothers' reunion and their sold-out tour Oasis Live '25. This documentary will be available on Disney+ beginning October 9. In addition to VisionQuest, October 2026 brings a variety of new releases across different genres.
