An annual event featuring around 50 winemakers and distillers from France and Catalonia will take place in October 2026, with more than 500 individuals and wine professionals expected to attend. Organized by Fabienne de Maison Théron, Georges de La Marmite, Nicolas de Raisin Social Club, Corentin de La Sangria, and Jean-Baptiste de Nectar Vin, the two-day event will include tastings, meetings, exchanges, music, casual meals, and other activities. This gathering, which has become a key meeting point for those interested in natural wines, aims to bring together producers, professionals, and enthusiasts in a relaxed and informal setting. On Sunday, October 18, 2026, live music will be a highlight, with performances by the Nîmes pop-rock choir L’Artichoeur, the group Rita Macedo & Jambu Boys (Brazilian groove), and a new addition, Emma’s karaoke. After dancing and singing, attendees will move to the table for the winemaker dinner prepared once again this year by chefs from the city. This is a traditional event during the natural wine fairs, during which winemakers participate in the dinner and the party, often in the company of wine professionals (wine merchants, restaurateurs, sommeliers). The Pop team has decided to open this event to the public, subject to available places. A final new feature on Sunday morning will be a tasting initiation workshop open by reservation for those curious individuals who would like to learn more seriously about this practice without taking themselves too seriously. On Monday, October 19, 2026, a tasting meeting will be organized on the theme of ancient, hybrid, and resistant grape varieties with several specialist guests (historian, winemakers). Attendees will be able to taste wines from Alsace, Beaujolais, Catalonia, Languedoc-Roussillon, Loire Provence, Rhône Valley, as well as some surprises. The program for Sunday, October 18, 2026, includes the following: 11:00 AM opening of the fair and start of tastings, 11:30 AM tasting initiation workshop, 12:00 PM opening of catering, 1:00 PM concert by the choir L’Artichoeur, 6:30 PM end of tastings, 7:00 PM Emma’s karaoke, 8:00 PM concert by Rita Macedo & Jambu Boys, and 9:00 PM closing of the fair and opening of the winemaker evening (only by reservation). For Monday, October 19, 2026, the program includes 11:00 AM opening of the fair and start of tastings, 2:00 PM tasting meeting "Discovering ancient, hybrid, and resistant grape varieties," and 5:00 PM end of tastings and closing of the fair. The fixed price for Sunday is 15 euros (with concerts) and ten euros on Monday. The cost for both days is 20 euros, with the winemaker evening priced at 40 euros and a full Sunday pass at 50 euros.
