Meta has introduced a specialized version of its Muse AI assistant designed for small and medium-sized businesses, enabling them to handle various tasks efficiently. This new application, called Muse for Small Business, was announced in a blog post on September 29, 2026, and is currently available in the United States and Canada. However, no release date has been set for France. The AI assistant integrates with Meta's advertising manager, Instagram, and Facebook page, along with other tools commonly used by businesses, to perform functions such as analyzing sales, sorting emails, evaluating marketing campaigns, and preparing financial summaries. Meta emphasizes that the assistant always asks for user approval before taking any action, ensuring that no content is published, sent, or money is spent without explicit consent. The consumer version of Muse is available at no cost but comes with certain limitations, while professional use might require paid plans that range from $20 to $100 per month. Meta has also broadened the range of tools that Muse can connect with, including Slack, Notion, Asana, Canva, Figma, and Dropbox. Additionally, the platform supports the creation of custom connectors, allowing businesses to integrate their preferred applications. The AI assistant has been accessible since September 8 on iOS, Android, WhatsApp, and a web version. It has already been downloaded over 3 million times in North America and has climbed to the top of the download rankings on the App Store and Google Play Store. This rapid adoption suggests a strong interest in AI-driven tools that can streamline business operations and improve productivity.
